My brother received a call from this company. He called them back, and it was MRS Associates which is a collection agency for Capital One

On Aug 18, 2007 @ 9:42 AM I received a phone call from an unknown name and unknown number status on my caller ID.  I was not able to answer the phone until after it switched over to voice mail. NOTE:  Any in-coming phone call with unknown name and unknown number never gets answered and is either hung up on or it is sent to voice mail.

My voice mail system sends me, by e-mail, a .WAV file of the voice mail which I place on file.  This VM starts out like this:  Heather this is John sabastion (sp) and I know my office has been trying to contact you.  I can understand that you may be hesitant to return our call but that it is important that I speak with you.  Let me give you a number to call it's 1-800-91-5687.

I'm rendering on a decision that concerns you and I would like to extend  you the chance to partisipate (SP).  (some thing like Doe sell may benifit you.  Please call me back at 1-800-931-5687 and again the name is John sabastion. thanks.

I can forward you the recording of the voice mail of someone wants it.  BTW  there is no person named Heather at this phone number.

All out going phone calls to these numbers are recorded by me so if they start calling names and using profanity, I gotem by the nards.  I do file reports to the FCC, FTC and the Ky Attorney Generals Office on these companys regularly.
