Called this number thinking it was HP support - got it from google search.  They acted like they were going to fix my printer problem.  They kept me on the phone for about 1/2hour while saying things like "wer'e checking our resources".  While I was waiting for them I cleaned the printer heads and it seemed to fix my printer problem.  At the same time the guy on the phone said my printer drivers were corrupt and it would cost me $19.99 to fix it.  It was at that point that I realized they didn't know anything and were NOT HP support.  What a scam!  Why isn't it illegal for them to impersonate HP?

I called them from Google search and they charged me 249.99 for fixing my computer DVD drive , and I found this ad after paying, and idk what to do ???!?!?? How can I get my money back?!

Do not trust this number. I called them thinking it was HP. They told me I had multiple viruses and could give me lifetime software support for $140. They tried to hide that they were not actually working for HP. They were rude and condescending throughout the call and yelled at me when I questioned who they were. When I actually called HP, found out I did not have any viruses. Do not use their services.
