They are trying to take a picture of your card?  What does that have to do with this phone number and why would you think that they would answer at this time of night?

Call your bank or credit card provider.

They processed an electronic check from our bank for $9.95 and has this 800 # on the transaction and as a subscription.  We did not sign up for anything and when calling this number it is not in service. Contacted bank and they reversed the charges but what worries me is it is an electronic check not debit or credit.  And to top it off, the bank card was hacked also but the bank caught that and let the electronic check process. If the electronic check can go through the first time are they going to do it again? Keep an eye on your accounts. Hackers are very smart.

I also had $9.95 charge on my Chase credit card, with the merchant identified only as V1026.  I called Chase to ask for further info on the merchant.  Chase rep called the number, said it rings once and disconnects.  Rep cancelled our cards and will reissue.
How many $9.95 charges will successfully process?  Who exactly is V1026?  Google search turns up very little.  I am glad I took a look at my statement, questioned this charge, and made the phone call to Chase.

I got this fraud charge on my account of $9.95.I called the number and it was not a working number. I called my bank and reported this fraud.

I had 9.95 also...what the heck!!I called number also ..no answer...was on my bank site.

I got a fraud warning today from my credit card. Good to see that others reported $9.95, this phone number (on the CC charge) and the “V1026subscription” tell-tale marks of this scam.
