800-940-3186

They left a message on my automated voicemail and it is a delayed response.  This is ARC Collect Recovery and they state that this is not a soliciting call and to call 1-800-940-31856, call on my display is 250-940-0280 and they say to call back and quote a reference number.
I am not calling back, because it is a scam as they do not even indicate who they are looking for or what the reason for them calling is.   I suspect that if a company has to states they are not a soliciting call, then they probably are....I call blocked them anyways, lets see if it works

why hasn't any law enforcement agencies like the Police (RCMP) check on this scam "Corporation"; it seems to me that it has been doing this type of scamming (through their "employees" within the lower Mainland and over the islands using their own mobile phones as well as their "Corporation's" line to send out the SAME scammed message to many of the law biding citizens.

This is ARC Collect Recovery and the message Recorder, a White Canadian Male (with "authoritative voice--in order to make it sounded Law-like agency so to scare people who might not fully known the official languages to call this scammer back)  stated that "this is not a soliciting call" and to call 1-800-940-31856; however, the call on many of the victims' call displays is 250-940-0280 and the Scammer "Corporation" asked us to call back.  I hope NO ONE would be fooled by them to call the Scammer "Corporation back to provide our precious personal private information.

its "ARC Collect Recovery" I wish there was a law against this. Called on a Sunday WTF I hope Karma get's them!

They call me constantly. I have blocked every number that starts with 940 & 945 and yet they still call with yet another new number the next day.

The guy from this number called and left a message saying he is calling on behalf of Revenue Canada. A blatant lie since I don't owe RC a dime and I can login to my account at Revenue's website and see exactly where my account stands. Liar!

They also have  called me on many occasion and since i haven't returned there call they told me that they are gonna get there other party involved to take care of this has anyone else dealt with this . They had left a message and they know my name and say they are aero ink and they are behalf of revenue Canada is this true or not ?

One of their clients is B.C. Medical Services Plan.  They may have others.

Left automated message to call back next business day, but definitely a scam. There's apparently an entire website (which also links to others) dedicated to telling people that this company is a scam.

I too, got  call from 604-336-8359 ARO Inc. claiming to represent Medical Services Plan of BC. The message said to call 1-800-940-3186 but the call display was 604-336-8359. So I called the 604 number and talked to ARO Inc. They wanted to talk to someone other than myself who was at one time registered to my cell phone number. After our short conversation, they agreed to remove my number from their list. If they don't, I'm going to play along with them much to their frustration.

I just called it back and it said Thanks for calling Arrow. Thinking scam.
