Accounts Recovery Corp.  Very slick, they have a few different numbers just to confuse you.  They call very early or late.  Cannot talk to them, they demand and question you like a wanted murderer.  Do not talk to them, it's a waste of time.

Actually, I had quite an excellent experience with ARC. They definitely want their money, but they were more than willing to allow me to pay off my debts in monthly installments, rather than it going to my credit bureau.
I won't forget that -I- didn't pay the bill, so--- I don't blame them for hounding me.

Agreed.  They are actually very reasonable and responsive to making plans and helping you stick to them.
