was on my caller id and hung up when i answered

called me numerous times i finally answered and they wanted me to contact a neighbor of mine and inform him to call them back and then proceeded to try and mine info from me on whether said person had moved into someone elses home etc.

I didn't answer when they called, but they left me a voicemail that gave no other information than to return the call.

they were asking about my neighbor whom i have only spoken to one time. they said neighbor's phone had been disconnected. i told them i did not recognize the name they were asking about.
