This is an annoying call to a Federal Business which needs to stop

I received a call from a 1-800-940-4357 on my answering service stating it was from a Mrs. Andrews at ext# 1111.

No other info was given including reason for the call, or where the call was coming from.

I do not call back or otherwise answer these type of calls.

Call to my cell phone...'call mrs. houston'. did not return call.

call to our cell phone voicemail...need to call ms houston @ 1-800-940-4357. I called the number after blocking my number; someone finally answered and said "Armstrong..hello..hello" then hung up, since I said nothing.

called friends cell and was very rude. Gave another number 1-800-940-4357. Checked it out on this site ad believe it is a scam. Advised frien to report it to BBB and FCC and whoever else she can come up with.

also use 251-338-2155.....kind of thick..don't remember what they said they would do from two weeks ago...never sent us paper promised to mail?????

He's right. That's exactly who it is.

Claimed to be calling from a debt collection service.  Has been calling my cell number for a week or two now - every day.  Sounds like a recorded message

Called asking for EX husband; wanted to leave message with phone number and "Ms. Lee".  Did not give message to him.  I am not a freaking secretary.
