Claimed to be calling from Publishers Clearing House

A robo call with caller ID "Toll Free" left a message with congratulations **to no one in particular** on winning Readers Digest sweepstakes.  Call was at 1:35 pm April 25, 2022. It bypassed my phone company's 'no solicitation' filter that is supposed to block robo calls.
    The call is bogus because for at least the last 10 years, or longer, no one at this phone number has ever entered the Readers Digest Sweepstakes..
   I didn't call back to "get my prize".

Correction:
When I re-listened to the VM, I  found that the call was from Publishers Clearinghouse, not Readers Digest Sweepstakes.
Same caller Helen mentioned here.
The caller said that because of Covid, they had "suspended" the prizes but are resuming them.
A phone number to claim the prize or call "Prize Patrol" was given.
I did NOT followup.

They call my office phone number about 7-8x  every day and never leave a message.  Good to know I can finally go into my call block and lock the out... until they get a different scam number... LOL
