I just missed the call, surely it's not Publishing Cearing House awarding me the top prize if you got the same call.

Of course it's not PCH. They don't call, they show up on your doorstep.

called my iphone 23 times in a row, left no voicemail

I got 6 calls within about 4 minutes. The first 3 were from a 407 area code. Didn't answer so they switched to this 800 number for another 3 calls. They left a message on either the first or second 800 number calls (they were so close together that I couldn't tell when the voice mail was made) that this person was with the "Visa Mastercard Security Department" and that there is a problem with the card that they must speak to me about, so I must pick up their phone call. Scammers, and particularly annoying scammers at that.

I just looked at my phone records and they show 6 calls from the 407 area code number and 6 calls from 800-945-2001. Total time from first call to last was 3 minutes. It felt like the phone never stopped ringing, and I guess it didn't.
