These people, sometimes a woman, sometimes a man have repeatedly called my home phone, and immediately afterward call my cell phone.  If I pick up the phone and say nothing, the person says "hello" several times and then hangs up.  They never leave a message.  I attempted to call the 800 number back to find out who was calling and I got a recording that "you call cannot go through, please try later".
