Well, I have never purchased from American Eagle....so it's not American Eagle!!  Your purchase may have put you on a list....and this company ....who ever they are....bought your name or phone#!!  Wake up!!  I have no acct open or closed, and like everyone else I am getting calls day and night!!  NO one ever leaves a message, no company name, just ringing and hangs up!!  American Eagle may source out their work....but its not American Eagle doing this!!! Most of us dont purchase from American Eagle or have a card!!

I get phone calls from this number 5 or 6 times a day. Their message says " THis is an important phone call from GE money. Please call 1-800-945-6596 or go to Menswarehouse.com, click on perfect fit program and then credit card."
What the heck???? They are calling me half a dozen or more times a day trying to get me to get a credit card with them? How can I report them? I only have one credit card, and it is not a store credit card of any kind, and it is not behind at all.

They keep calling my mother-in-law's house, asking for my brother-in-law, who doesn't even live with her. If everybody would do what I'm going to do- which is contact my state Attorney General's office- maybe these low-lifes would bo forced to stop calling.

I don't care who they are. Noone, telemarketers or collection agencies,  should be calling at 8am on a Saturday.

Received numerous calls from this number.  They call and hangup.  When I did answer, there is silence so I hangup.  The calls and dates that I received them are 8/27/10 8:15 am, 6:15 pm, 6:22 pm, 7:05 pm, 7:11 pm and 8:18 pm.  This was all in one day.  Received calls from previous days as well.  Had enough.  When I did pick up the one time, I told them that I will report them to the authorities and have them arrested ad prosecuted to fullest extent of law.  So far on August 28, 2010, I didn't receive any calls.  Will keep you posted if I continue to receive calls from this number.  Also comes up unavailable on called id.  Am on Do Not Call Registry.

Called number back and the automated message aswered Credit Services.

Received numerous calls from this number.  They don't identify themselves. But in reading other comments, it seems that it is from American Eagle.  Daughter has one but it is completely paid off.  So I don't know why they are calling.  Am on Do Not Call registry. If I continue to receive these calls,I will notify the authorities and bring legal action against them.

Have received at least 5 calls a day for the past 2 weeks from this number.  Comes up "unavailable" on Caller ID.  I told them to stop calling because it is harassment and that I have notified authorities. They don't care plus they have hung up on me a few times.  Plus they leave no messages. Also when I picked up, it is an automated recording that says, this call is very important, please wait for the next representative.  Sick and tired of them.  Going to file complaint with the ag's office plus FTC and law enforcement.

Have received at least 60 plus calls asking for my daughter, I tell them that she is not at home and then they ask for a spouse.  I say no and they hangup.  I have also told them to stop calling because they are harassing us and it is against the law and they still continue to call. Going to the authorities - local, state and feds and notifying them about this harassment and violating state and/or federal laws.
Am on Do Not Call Registry but it doesn't seem to help.
Unavailable comes up on caller id  last call is 11:50 am nov 3 2010; received calls at 8:04 am  9:35 am  This is constant.  Have a running record of these calls.

Every day they call. No one is there if I answer. May try to get the phone company involved. Or, maybe, the Public Utilities Commission. Not sure what to do yet. The US Atty. Gen. perhaps?

AMERICAN EAGLE NEED TO SERIOUSLY GET A LIFE, THEY CALL MY PHONE ALMOST EVERYDAY AND NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE.

I have received at least 6-10 calls a day looking for my daughter.  I told them that she is not available then they ask if they could speak to her husband.  she is not married.  I told them to stop calling, that I know they are bogus, and that I am recording this conversation and you should tell your bosses to stop calling because I will notify the authorities and law enforcement and file a lawsuit against them.  (Have a running track records of all their calls).  Obviously, they still call from early am before 8 and after 9 pm which is illegal.  Be careful.  Also, come up unavailable on caller id.

I have received numerous calls from this number starting out super early in the morning and ending late at night.  Sometimes got calls before 8 am and after 9pm which is illegal  Calling and asking for my daughter and if not available her husband.  she is not even married!!!!!  I sent - if this is GE Money- a letter  stating that I do not want them to call anymore and if so, I will notify the authorities - FTC and law enforcement and file a lawsuit against them.  Obviously, they don't read letters.  Going to do all of the above asap.  
Comes up unavailable on caller id.  Also, I have had to shut the ringer off my phones since they call super early and disturb me and my family.  Had enough!!!!!   Another thing I want to mention is that everytime they call and I do pick up, it is a person with a foreign accent and I can't understand a word he/she says and they will always say they will call back later.

I got through after hitting 0# . The guy that answered was very nice.  He explained that they are the bank behind Sam's Club, HH Gregg, and many other store credit cards, and if there is a payment late or something that they need to contact you concerning one of your/their accounts, then that's when they would contact you.  He said they they do not solicit.

Received a call and I think it was on an old credit card of my  husband (who has a brain tumor) and wanted to talk about a company called Golf and was hard to understand  They had an old address and it was not ours  However, I refused to give him my husbands social and then hung up.  Had no idea what he was taling about

Upon answering a machine asked me to stand by that I was being connected. After a few seconds a guy with an Indian or Pakistani sounding accent asked for Gilbert. When I told him he had the wrong number he mumbled something, said thanks and hung up.

They call and hang up almost as promptly.  Occasionally I get thru for a moment and then they hang up.  I cannot get back in touch with them to have them remove my name from their list.  I dont have an account number from them or any affiliation with their bank.  I have no idea how they got my number but it is extremely annoying and is a little frightening that I might be now in their clutches somehow.

I used the advice on putting the 0000000 for acct number.  After 2 times of them saying I have to add it in a specific amount of time, they transferred me to a live body.  This person did have an Indian accent and when I explained I don't have any credit cards, so not sure why they are calling me and having me lose sleep, I would appreciate them not calling.

They told me the person they were looking for and I don't know this person, so he said he would take my number off the computer.
