    "This is not a solicitation call...."starts this robo call.  It is the old reduce your credit card rate scam.  They called my office number this time, so I asked the Indian who answered the line why is he calling a multinational company with this nonsense and not surprisingly, he hung up.  The most interesting thing is the number appears to be for something else.  I did call the number back out of curiosity and they sadi I could win a "free" Caribbean cruise if I answer their questions.  I'm sure it is another scam.
