They're calling a landline number I've had since 1984 through Qwest/CenturyLink.

I've had my cell phone number through Verizon, since 1997.

They call every morning, 6 days a week, at exactly 9:05 a.m. It is an African-American man on the recording asking me to call their number. When I did, I got nowhere other than they wanted my SS#. After I called them, it did nothing. I was still getting the same calls at the same time, every day but Sunday, so I finally blocked them.

BULL CRAP!!  DO NOT DEAL WITH RANDOM PHONE CALLS!!  This person is obviously a plant to give you bad advice!!  If you owe money and are willing to pay call the entity directly yourself!!  NEVER WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO CALL FROM RANDOM (800) NUMBERS!!!

No message and I don't have a cell phone.

No scam....................ATT automated message reminder to pay my bill. Since I have gone paperless, I recognize the number when they call. Any cell service affiliated in any way with ATT will get same msg. when bill is late!!! Simple as that. Those that think it is scam, hope your cell service is shut off!!

got this call from AT&T  ignore it.  why, we payed our bill in full for the billing cycle 8 days ago.   I have also gotten calls from sprint asking about my past account too.   I use to have sprint but am involve in a class action lawsuit against them for their billing practices.  two months after we ported our phone numbers to AT&T over 500 dollars was with drawn by sprint from our checking account.  Even though two months prior I cancel the automatied with draw.   Went to the bank, with my copies of the cancelation.  Filled two complaints one criminal and one civil against sprint.  Got the money back plus money for overdraft fees that occurred.  The criminal complaint was left open.

I keep getting calls from this number but no one says anything and there's mo recording.  I don't know who's calling or why and they're calling on our business phone.  I don't know how to block a caller or I would block this number.

I think it is a scam, I got a call from them today and I don't even have an account with AT&T never have...been with another carrier for 15+ years...

Keep getting calls from this number but cannot find out who's behind this.  Does anyone really know?

Well why is it coming up an electric company not AT&T on tha caller id

It's AT&T, they usually call when  your bill is past due.
