Caller is harrasing me at my place of employment. Whenever I ask for specifics does not provide information requested. Very rude and obnoxious and demanding.Actually was yelling at me over the phone at my place of employment.

They keep leaving messages about *a very important matter* she is investigating my case and needs me to call.
Her name is Mandy Williams claiming to be with a company called DCF

Everything she is saying is against the law....

Mandy Williams called me claiming to be from DCF, and left a message on a cell phone I haven't used for several years.  According to their website (dcfcollections.com) they handle medical debt collections.  I suspect she is calling me for a 40.00 debt from over 10 years ago that was paid but the computers never agreed with me.  I'm not calling her and I'm not going to worry about it.  You shouldn't either!

Don't be fooled by anything this "chick" says.  She's barely legal when it comes to the Fair Debt Collection Act.  Don't give them any information.  If you get something in writing then write back demanding that they cease and desist from calling you, and to put all communications in writing.  They have to honor that request.  Then write back and demand proof of the debt.  Also, be aware of the statute of limitations in your locality.  Anything you do to acknowledge the debt allows them to restart the statute.  It's a shame that I had to learn all this over a bill that was PAID!  And to still be harassed for it 10 years later is kind of funny.  Who needs Comedy Central?  LOL
