They left a voicemail claiming to be from the underwriting department of my credit card and saying I qualify for a lower interest rate if I call them back within 3 days. Sounds fishy to me.

I got the same call. I haven’t called back for the same reason. This is the number they said to call back in the voicemail, but the number they called from was different.

They claim to be an underwriting department for capitol one credit card wanting to lower my interest rate

The same number who called that there are some changes on my loan with them, when in fact I don't have a loan from them, It was kind of scary , since I have been a victim of identity theft, and concern again, why I have a loan with them?

Same as other callers a recording and the number to call back is no Capital one 800 number. Plus, I don't have a Capital one CC open. SCAM ALERT!!!!

Just got the same call and voicemail as others, scam do not cal!

It's a fraud per Capital One.
