Both my mother and sister in Alabama received calls on 7/22/08 looking for me.  Callers name was stated as Maria Jacobs with Genesee Valley Associates
@ 800-954-1699.  When I called them back she would not give me any information as to why they were calling even after I had given her the case number she referenced with my mother and sister.  I am filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB and the Attorney General.  I am sending certified letters from myself, my mother and sister.  If we continue to receive calls we will consult an attorney regarding bringing legal action against Genesee

When you called back did you identify yourself? If not they by law cannot relase any information as to the nature of the call. So you are now complaining that they were following the law!!!

he clearly said he gave them the case number. no they're just annoying, just like you.

Also got this call on Dec 3, 2008..Appears to be a scam
