Start with saying "Hey guys, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Looking at your file I can lower your credit card rates to 1.5% I see you're making minimum payments..."

First off, I'm single. Second, I rid of credit cards long ago so there aren't any in my name.  Third, I didn't call a Rick Morgan.
He doesn't state what company/finacial institute.

Received call from this number and no voicemail was left, called it back and got a recording that said it was an invalid number.

I got the call at 11:55am PST on Tue April 28, 2009. I answered and the line was dead. I redialed the number and I got a very fast recording.

12-3 were sorry the number you dialed is invalid please check the area code dialed or call directory assistance in the city you wish to reach.

I have been receaving this call alot lately. How about you.

just recieved a call from this number around 4 pm central time, did not answer and they left no message...called back and got a similar message...sounds fishy to me

They didn't leave a message, when i called back it rang once and then said that it was invalid.

They called on my cell phone and did not leave a message when I called it back it a recording came up with it is an invalid number.

I received the call on a cell phone, they left no message. It is probably somebody trying create a list of valid phone numbers for telemarketing purposes and when you return the call you have validated your number.

GF number 8511 and mine is 8512. I think they are randomly calling numbers in numerical order.

Never give out any personal information. Just ignore the calls!!!iF IT'S A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, THEN THEY WOULD COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL REGUALTIONS.

Yet another call from 800-954-9358 to my cell. No name, no message, just eating up my minutes. I tried to call back, and only get midway through a recording asking if I want to be removed which will take up to 72 hours. Didn't work the first time, why should I expect it to now. 800 numbers need to be posted in a directory so we can fight back.

Not sure what the person wanted.

Rick Morgan called with same speech as mentioned above noting that he "sees here (incorrectly) that I'm only making minimum payments."  I called the 800-978 # asking how they received my number since I'm on Do Not Call List & what records Rick Morgan is referring to.  She said it's not illegal because their marketing dept. ensures it.  I asked to be transferred to marketing & she said, "They don't have phones."!  When I asked for her supervisor I was forwarded to Dan Kinney's voicemail which was (surprise) full.  I bet there's no Dan Kinney & his voicemail is permanently full.
