Receive calls daily from this number, they are a Citibank number.
They are looking for the people who USED to have the same phone number that I do.  When I ask them to please remove ME and my NUMBER from their lists they still contiue to call and leave messages.

I get multiple calls from this number daily.  they refuse to say where they are from or what they are calling about.  does anyone know who this is?  I started to hang up on them, or just not answer when they call.  it happens 7-8 times a day.

They've called me 4 times today, I've not answered my phone (as I am at work and prefer to not answer my personal phone) and they've not left a voicemail.

Make sure you call them back!  They left me billions of ambiguous recordings, none of which said anything about my account.  I thought they were trying to sell me somehting or offer me one of those promotional things I am never interested in, so I ignored them.  When I finally did call (to tell them to stop harassing me) they could not find my account information.  Two months later I learned my account was in default, had gone to collections, and my credit had been affected.  No written communication was sent.  DON'T IGNORE THESE CALLS, they are legitimate.  I am filing a complaint with the Comptroller of Currencies.

yes, they are calling about a dead account that balance was paid off . But the payment came in 20 days late and they rack up interest charges.  It was in august 2004 dead account. I guess citi bank tried to skull everyone untill they skull themself. Looking for loose change.  

Now You and Me own citi bank as TAX PAYERS and then they are harashing people. I will them off when they call back.

These people are in violation of credit reporting act; calling well before 9:00 a.m and adter 9:00 p.m.  When tried to block number, am told this number cannot be blocked.  I do not owe them but they will not remove my number from their lists.
