Some kind of telemarketing with Family Dollar Stores.  Informed lady we don't deal by phone, told her to send snail mail with any info they
wanted to provide, and asked they not call our # again.  All the while she kept on talking.

800-955-4408 just called our business. Caller ID showed up as "800 Service". The caller was a young female with a very strong Hindi accent. You could also hear the boiler room call center filled with people making the very same calls over and over. She was calling to speak to the person who handles our advertising. When we pressed for more information about the call, she began to fumble with her words, and avoided answering our questions in regards to her companies name, location, what they are trying to sell, etc. We informed her that all advertising requests must be done via actual postal mail, in writing, for it to be legal and to protect our company. She stated that they only deal via phone calls. Finally told her that we are not interested and to remove us from their calling list. After ending the call we blocked the number so that they won't be able to call us back again.
