- Carol| 1 replyDidn't get a call, but received a card in the mail, saying "Vehicle Alert Notice." Doesn't even know what make of car I have. It lists Honda, Nissan Toyota. Call within 5 business days as this notice will expire by the deadline date. I have seen these scam notices before, no address listed, except for mine. Factory warranty notices. My car only has 21,000+ miles, so I doubt that my warranties (I have a few), are about to expire. Just want to warn others about scams such as these. Don't call, or even respond. They want your info and your hard-earned money.
- Ashley replies to CarolGot the same one in the mail today!

- KellieI have got second card today, (first one was orange few days ago), this time white card with this phone number.
Notification deadline in few days. Not their name, not address. Only US postage paid Sacramento, CA
Permit # 1935.
My car is 3 years old.
They are flying like vultures above my car but they don 't have idea what car it is. - LeoI got a card in the mail titled Vehicle Alert Notice in bold block letters with a warning to respond within 5 days or risk not getting maintenance coverage in the event of a vehicle breakdown. There is no company name or address, and lists my vehicle as Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge. The fact that they don't even know what kind of car I drive indicates this is some 3rd party company (or possibly even 4th or 5th) that probably purchased a list of customer names from either a manufacturer, dealer, or even insurance company. Everyone knows extended warranties are just a way to part people from their hard earned money. Took it and threw mine in the trash.

- PHILReceived identical card most likely from the same scamming parasites. This is a fraud by any measure. No auto is stated only the notice that the warranty is about to expire leaving the owner liable for all repairs. Somehow, these maggots got mailing address & did a mass mailing. If one responds, these cretins will continue to harass with more calls -- i've had over 2 dozen in 6 months from fast male & female hawkers trying to get personal info & sell a fake warranty. These maggots need to be treated & eliminated exactly like miserable roaches they are !
- JeanI got the same letter, but it doesn't state the brand of my car specifically and I think they are scammers

- JohnGot a white card in the mail titled "VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE" and listing an owner ID number, my mom's name, and three vehicle brands; it is advising that the factory warranty on my mom's car is about to expire or it already has based on age and mileage and that she is asked to call them now or within five business days as the notice expires by the deadline of May 6 and to tell them that we got the notification. It mentions that if she goes without coverage, she would be on the hook for repairs if her car breaks down and that if she doesn't get back with them by the deadline she risks being denied coverage.
There is no mention of a company name or address, just US postage paid Salem, UT, Permit #5001.

- Sonya RogersThis person, NOAH as he stated his name was, was rude, disrespectful, condescending and an unprofessional scam artist. I got heated as a consumer due to his disrespect of me and his refusal to listen to my concerns as he yelled over my voice and refused to listen. So I called back 2x to confront his obnoxiously disrespectful commentary on my handling of my scammer call.
He is not a professional and threatened to call the authorities after his mutually abusive behavior.
I’m posting this as one recourse along with BBB, and perhaps Consumer Affairs or/and Insurance & Banking Commission.- Caller: (800) 955-4988
