This number calls me around the same time EVERY DAY. When I answer, there is silence. When I don't answer, there is no message.

I got this call last night.
My load was recently transfered to citimortage.
I'm on the horn at this moment (on hold for the 3rd time)
trying to get this stopped.
I'm connected to the biweekly group (in india obviousely)
now after going through the initial india front end then xferred
to america (mid west by accent I think) then back to inda where the
biweekly dept is.
Took a bit but they removed me.

I've been noticing this number.  Just got called & I answered.  It's for CitiMortgage bi-weekly payment plan (as some have pointed out).  My mortgage is with them, so makes sense that they call.  Although, I've been pushed for this bi-weekly thing 3 times now.  Once with my monthly statement, once when I went to CitiFinancial to pay the mortgage (yes, I pay in person, I do not trust the Servicing company, be it Citi or anyone else), and now the phone calls.  I simply asked to be removed from their call list.  Lady said it would take 30-days.  Now I need to log onto my CitiMortage account and ensure I'm opt-ed out of all these offers.  If I want something, I'll call and ask if they offer it.

P.S.  This number looks awfully familiar to a Comcast telemarketing number I was getting calls from.  Maybe these companies are all using the same telemarketing firm.

We receive automated messages from Citimortgage DAILY.  The number to call is a 1-800 number, but the person who answers cannot associate our phone number with any account, so we are stuck with these daily messages.  Who ever has falsely given our phone number in order to skip or flake on their responsibilites has given us an additional headache. We are also on the do not call registry.  We have no accounts with Citimortgage, and our home loan has not been purchased by them, so this is another straw on the camel's back of consumers.

calls, calls and more calls. never a msg left and the only way i find out who is responsibile is by finding this web page about it. I called the main # and 800-283-7918 and told them to never call me again unless I owed them money or they owed me money.  We'll see if it works.  Should never solicit on cell phones. That's annoying.

I continue getting calls even after I wrote to CitiMortgage and told them to remove my phone numbers from their file, and to only contact me in writing. They suggested that it was calls reminding me that my mortgage was due, however, I informed them that I was enrolled in automatic withdrawl payments from my bank, and that if they would check my records, they could confirm that they were wasting manpower hours in doing so. And I continued to demand the calls stop.  I just received a call from 800-955-6060, and once again, they didn't leave a message.  Courtesy calls to remind someone that a mortgage is due would be professional, leave a message and document the call. They would not hang up and leave no message.  When I dialed back, it says Biweekly department of FMC Insurance Agency, which is a department or association of CitiGroup.  I am going to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau this time.  Perhaps the calls will stop.
