Person with broken English left a message, very hard to understand, said this is Capital One wanted me to call them back at this number. I had to listen to the message 3 times to verify the phone number & company. Turns out it wasn't Capital One but a marketing scam. It said please hold for your $100 Walmart gift card. I hung up then called back a second time. On the second call back it said a $100 retail gift card. I didn't proceed to find out more. I'm sure they were trying to gather some personal information. Beware of this phone number!
