I don't pick it up but apparently they are from Charter.
They don't leave a message and probably is just an On-Demand advertisement

It's some collection agency called Credit Protection Association. It's a scam. Got a letter from them claiming that Charter Communications reported to them that we owed them money, even though we still use Charter and would just have the amount put on our next bill (plus we pay the bill directly at the building in town so we know exactly how much we owe before we pay anything anyway). Best thing would be to ignore the calls, and if you get a letter from Credit Protection Association report it to whatever place they say you owe money to.

this was from residential charter communications - however we are a business so it was not valid for us

ive been getting a ton of calls from them, and im glad i callled charter directly after i answered the scammers number.

you can always have your own company internally audited. This will help you to find out what is going on with the cell phone industry,  the business phone industry, and your home phone industry.
