For what it's worth, this is a number referenced in a voicemail from United Healthcare. The voicemail asked me to call them back on this 800 number. I was suspicious, so I just logged into the UHC portal for my employer and asked the UHC customer service rep in the chat about this number. The call I received was someone claiming to be a "registered nurse advisor" for <employer name>. The UHC service rep confirmed that it's legitimate, and I was actually kind of surprised, since there's so much scamming going on. I totally get that I could be anyone on the Internet, (I would be suspicious of this post) so feel free to log in to UHC and verify it yourself.

Quite right!  Especially since scammers will send an "anyone" to make shill posts in the threads for numbers they are going to use in their telephone scam campaigns.  They will post (often with a long backstory) that the number is a "legitimate number" in an effort to make people think that they would be talking to a real representative, of the company the scammers are posing as, if they called back.

Perhaps your post is real, perhaps it is such a shill post, cannot currently say.  But, the possibilities should be mentioned for future readers.
