    Tried to RIP me OFF
"Chase Card Services"?  I don't think so. They emailed me so I called them. They were polite enough until I verified the last four digits of my checking account. Then they hung up.

I got the "BOGUS" email as well. If you respond to these e-mails, you should just send ME all your money and I'll handle them for you. For a quick reference on these type e-mails, do these things : Hover your cursor over the "Sender" address. "dev@sfp.cc" is NOT a likely valid address for Chase bank. Next : If the message has typos of poor sentence structure or repeated instances of lackingspaces betweenwords, it's probably bogus. FInally, come here, or a similar site to verify the phone number they provide.

Would it not be better to "verify" the phone number using the official Chase website, the number on the back of the card or statement?  Would it not be even better to call Chase at a known, published phone number (see my first sentence)?

Received an email regarding irregular activity, and to call 800-955-8030. DON'T DO IT! Call the number on the back of your credit card. DON'T CLICK ON ANYTHING WITHIN THE EMAIL! THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU, as Chase will tell you, when you call the number on the back of your card. You can try to send the email to phishing@chase.com however, it may not allow you to copy or forward...take a picture and send it, it you have to. Don't allow this evil to continue.

Received a physical letter in the mail, regarding a credit card payment. The bottom of the letter said “This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.”

But I check my Chase Credit Card  , the number at the back is different, even carmember service address P.O Box Number  , and Zip code is different too . Be careful!
