Ingenix...Possible medical debt collector

I hurt my hand several weeks ago and was refereed to a hand surgeon.  Today  
I got a call from this number, stating if I did not call my claim would not be processed.  I called the number and talked to a man with a very heavy Indian accent. I had some difficulty understanding him and had to ask him to speak slowly. My guess is United Health Care is using an overseas sweat shop to review claims.  After I stated I hurt my hand at home, he concluded
the interview.

Same as the others... We have UHC and went to the ER one morning. They were calling to review my claim on UHC's behalf.

I received a call from these people twice in two days.  They are overseas but kindly pick American names. Mine was names Amy. When she asked if my appointment was due to an accident I explained that I was not.  She asked me three more times and demanded that I explain why I was at the doctor.  I explained that I see a doctor on my Provider list and that UHC needs to contact them if they have questions.  She was extremely invasive and continued to ask why I went to my doctor. I explained that I would not discuss this with someone I don't know and hung up. They just called back again. I think it's unreasonable for UHC to contract a third party company overseas to ask invasive personal questions, which it could obtain directly from the providers.
