they have been calling my mothers cell phone looking for me (I often use her phone as a contact #) they threatened me saying some pay day loan that i do not recal getting (we are military, they cant lend to military) Anyways they are saying i have a federal warrent for my arrest. Said I have a warrent, pending 30 days in jail and a 30000 dollar bond. they rambeled on with a bunch of numbers when i asked her to slow down or repeat them she yelled at me telling me not to interupt. When i asked what i needed to do to resolve this issue seeing i cant go to jail, not with 4 kids. She placed me on hold, came back and said the loan company was willing to take a settlement of 375$ on a supposed 200$ loan.   None of this makes sense. If I owe money to some money under a federal issue, wouldnt they have taken my taxes, have my correct address, anything? I just dont want to pay these people 375$ for no reason or because they are the ones commiting fraud...

this number calls my house everyday and is harassing me. i want to change my number they say that my bank returned an item or something. if my bank returned an item or anything they would have called me

This number called 904-647-8217 and the lady was sooo rude. She had some info from a check cashing place sayings ehw as filing two felonies by 4pm. First- the check cashing place didnt allow more than ONE check at a time. Plus the amount wasnt over 300.00 so it wouldnt be a felony. Then she kept calling back getting rude and hanging up on us. My dad is a sheriff, so I know a little bit.
My husband called Florida state police
1-888-352-7233 and they knew and confirmed these people are under investigation. PLEASE CALL THEM and tell them of any experiences with these people.

Called me also same messege, has a warrant out and court is in Jacksonville, Fl. at 3:30. Judge wilol order a pick-up and they will take me to jail, $3000 bond and I owe $300. Called the company they said I owed and they said I owe nothing and to be aware of these folks.
Told her (Kelly ext 205) to send someone out, I live in a small town and know most of the officers, she hung up on me, some called from904-329-1740 said same thing,asked for a physical address to send money she said no I had to send a wire gram.
Company is called Nationwide Investagators!!! The 904-647-8217 shows up as Processing LLC ya right, just be careful. These guys are crooks, do not give them any information what so ever.

I paid a bill threw integrity managment group also know as northern resolution group whom has a fraud department working for them an have cleared an old advanced america check there them an have all my paper working proving so for those how are woundering if there a legal company take your own judgemnet just letting you know my info on the company

I received a call from this # 216-635-9058, i was told to call this number 800-957-1987

caller ID says 904-738-7534.  Google shows this as a beauty salon in Florida. (spoofed number?)  Left voice mail wanting me to call 1-800-957-1987.  Some gal named Angela says charges are about to be filed against me if I don't call and straighten this out.  Asked for person not at this address.  Obvious fraud tactic to get me to call back.

I just got a call from them and a women said call 800-957-1987 and left a case#.  The same morning, I got a call from a man stating that he will file in my county some papers representing a company named Westwood. All i can say is that they should contact by form of letter becuz you do not know who you are talking to..go figure.

I've gotten several calls from these people about a debt I don't even owe them.  THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COLLECTION AGENCY, ITS JUST A BUNCH OF BLACKS IN ATLANTA SCAMMING PEOPLE.  Numbers associated with this scam are KW Associates (678)894 2189 and an auto dialer at (404) 855 7905.  Report any calls from any of these numbers to the Georgia Attorney General's office in Atlanta and Level 3 Communications LLC, the phone service provider for (678)894 2189.

I have been getting these calls for about 6 months.  No big deal, I have not had any debt in about 12 years and all of it was paid off.  All I can say is worst wishes you will never hear from me!

The company is Advanced Check Processing out of Florida and they are an accounts recovery agency.  They are a strong arm group that hires through web advertisements, employees are commission based, and have been reported several times for their tactics.  They may threaten with jail and then come back saying they are on your side and want to help, getting you to send money to them.  

IF YOU WANT TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS, PLEASE CALL THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION @ 1-877-382-4357. ALSO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND YOUR COUNTIES CONSUMERS AFFAIRS OFFICE.  IF THE FTC GETS ENOUGH COMPLAINTS, THEY WILL GO AFTER THEM.

These people keep calling me in NJ, looking for my brother's sister-in-law who lives in another state. They're leaving threatening messages talking about some pending court case or some other such nonsense.  They're gonna make me reach out and touch someone.

I keep getting phone calls from a different person every year. I have paid 3 times and I want the calls to stop or I am filing harassment charges so don't call anymore.
