- MARTIN JAMESThese people are part of a scam network running the "Microsoft Scam". They call you pretending that they are from Microsoft and tell you that you have multiple viruses on your computer. pop UP TO CALL 800-960-4255 and they plant malware VIRUS. Then they try to get you to give them your credit card number to sell you software to remove the malware that they placed on your computer. Microsoft does not call you to tell you that you have viruses. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. IT'S A SCAM!

- CWG40 replies to JayYou're money is lost. You are the victim of a tech scam. Rule: Never give access to your computer to anyone you do NOT personally know. Take your computer to a brick and mortar shop and have it checked out. If you had any financial account numbers on your compouter make sure you change them out. QUicktime!

Martin James complained in May, 2016
and Kevin complained in August, 2016
well after the January date you claim you obtained the phone number.
AND they named the same company, "Delray Computers".
AND the phone number on the Delray page is NOT the phone number shown in this thread.
