The phone number did not call me, but I received a yellow postcard in the mail addressed to me from Clearwater, FL with this phone number to call, saying they were trying to reach me with "good news," and the message was signed "Amanda Walters." I do not know this person, and they should not have my name and address. The return address said it was from "F.R.C." The postcard and phone number are apparently a scam and when you call the number, you will get a pre-recorded message trying to sell you something.
