    Getting this call during daytime,nighttime. Seems like a  mail box.  Not sure, no representative to speak to when call back.

    I received a call from this number and the person disclosed my credit card info.. I asked to talk  to a supervisor who said "We only have the last four numbers of your credit card and cannot disclose who gave it to us"  They also said they have my address. I'm on the do not call list and ran a check on this number.. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE COMPANY CALLED ONE CHOICE HEALTH! IT'S A SCAM AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND GIVE YOU NOTHING.
