This number called and immediately announced that they would be recording the phone call without identifying their name or the purpose of their call. The number listed on the caller ID was for a hydroponics business located in another country, and clearly had nothing to do with me or with the purpose of the call.

It is unfortunate that a legitimate business can be harmed in this way.
