same message.  when i responded with what company are you with i got no response.  I sent STOP and receive a message saying i was being opted out of all programs

When calling the number, the young man who answered responded by speaking very fast, and then just said "Yeah, we can't help you," and then hung up on me.

Same spam as the rest, and the scammer is doing something with the phone system to make these texts difficult to block. I'm pissed off enough to be minded to sue this person.

Same 1st msg, then got this a few days later:
“If you resolved your tax issue already, please disregard this. If you haven't, please don't keep procrastinating and ignoring it. It will NOT go away. There are many new tax laws that you can take advantage of right now. Call me and let me resolve this for you. - Josh

Yea same here I know that I owe the IRS but you know they could at least let me know what he's talking about this guy named Josh that I'm my matter is very urgent I'm in severe Jeopardy blah blah blah and I'm scared my husband died in March and I'm barely paying my bills the little money I have in my bank account he's now making me feel like they're going to IRS is going to freeze my account I really don't know what to do

Don't panic. This is a scam. The IRS doesn't send text messages or initiate contact by phone. They send official notices by US mail. Block and ignore such calls.

I received the same messages, like 4 times messages in a week.. He trying to  scary you off with his IRS tax issues  towards the consumers !

I've talked to the IRS and he said do not give them any information as you will get a letter NEVER a phone call
