Claim I won a $100 voucher

Didn't  get a phone call but a FINAL  NOTICE  card in the mail in my husbands  name stating something for the unclaimed 100$ voucher being held and to call this number and give a claim number on bottom of card.

Got a FINAL  NOTICE  card in the mail for the unclaimed $100 voucher being held and to call this number and give a claim number on bottom of card.  They said that there is a processing fee of $1.50. When I said they can take it out of the $100, they hung up.

possible mail fraud?

I received the same card in the mail that they are holding a voucher worth $100 in my name.  And gave this number to call and claim it.

Got the postcard. Dont know who oe where it cam from looked it up on google scams...this is thr reason i dont answer calls that im not familiar with...i always....Google scams and block and report.  Ty
