- Shadyladie1959| 2 replies. they want to deliver sealed documents to me. the caller gave me this number to call to speak the party directly. they did not say who that number belongs to. I googled the number it belongs to debt an agency that collects debts and does debt consolidations. No doubt they will settle this debt for a large amount of $$. yet another scam. I'm going to call tomorrow and give them my attorneys phone number, let the bottom feeders work through them.

- Monkey| 2 repliesOriginally received calls from 855-304-9983 stating that they have sealed documents for me and to please call back. When I did a guy answered and all he would tell me, without giving my information, was that it was processing. I hung up. Then I received a call from a private number saying she will be coming to my residence or place of work to deliver the sealed documents and if I needed assistance to contact 800-969-7919. I called that number, caller id blocked, and the lady that answer said it was Wyneburg(sp?). I hung up. I also called the original number back today and a lady answer and stated she was Jennifer Stevens. I hung up. I will provide more information if these people actually show up at my house or place of work.

- CWG40 replies to MonkeyNo one is going to show up. No legitimate process server calls you in advance and tells you her or she is coming by. Also, process servers are usually licensed in the area in which they are going to be serving papers. In some states only the constable or sheriff can serve civil summons. THis is a debt collection scam. Ignore and block the calls.
