Bothering me

It's OSI Collection Services, a debt collector.

They call at least 3-4 times a week.  I never call them back because they are obviously a collection agency and I have no bad debt.  Probably trying to collect on a bogus debt!  Do they really get people with that scam?

They keep calling my number asking for someone who doesn't live here. This has been my number for nearly 3 years. It's a collection agency, or so they say. I wish they'd stop already!!!

Call on a Saturday or Sunday. Leave a message for me to call them back and ask for extension 25. Don't say who they are or what they want. I won't call.

I am getting all kind of 800 #'s. They leave a message, but not why calling. We have no outstanding debts so won't answer. When will they quit calling. I won't ever answer.

Called today, caller identified herself as "Sylvia", asked for me by name, then tried to verify birthdate.  When I wouldn't verify any information without more identification on her part, she hung up.

Got a call from this number too, collection agency. I don't owe them any money, they keep calling for some guy that owned my number # before me. I've had this number for five years. You would think if you didn't get in touch with the person in five years of calling that they would stop but nope. Although it's annoying that they keep calling, it also puts a smile on my face knowing that they keep wasting their time and money calling for someone that will never answer or call them back.

They called and left a msg to call them to resolve an important matter. It was an actual person. I called them back once already and told them they had the wrong number, and was told my number would be removed. It wasn't, because they've called again, though the second time was a recording. Since I just got this number, it must be for the person who had it before me. I'm going to call them back again and ask to have my number removed.

They called my job and left a message for me and I don't owe anyone any money. I've asked them before not too call me anymore they've even confused my name with other people. How do I stop this?

call every day around 8:00 a.m. -- no name, nothing.  i can see from this they are a collection agency.  i would think that once you tell them to take you name off (may have to do it in writing), they would have to stop or take the consequences.  unfortunately, the regular person doesn't know how to do much about it.  i'm going to look into that . . .

if these debt collectors are so reputable, why are they ashamed of identifying themselves on caller id. it's always unknown name. dahhh
