    Keep getting harrassed by these people- looking for someone's car that used to live here- waking me up at 4AM in the morning knocking on the door. Called the number back and told them I would call the police.  They don't have a legitimate reason to call or bother me since I am not the person they are looking for.

    Auto Recovery Services knocked on my door at 1145pm and shined a flashlight into my door window. They left the door hanger with nae and case number.  Of course you call the number and don't get a live person. Capital One Auto apparently has released false information to this and every other repo guy for miles around.

    I have contacted a lawyer but fear that they have the right to contact you once or at least until you tell them you are wrong person.
