Received calls prior to receiving a letter in the mail. Scam all over. The guy on the phone got sassy with me too when I told him he was scamming people into thinking he was legit. He obviously has nothing better to do if he considers scamming people a real job.

I received two letters from this place One telephone number was 800-983-4057 the second number is 888-822-9247. My gut told me to check this company out. So I googled both phone numbers. Both results said this was a scam.

Ya I just received two letters today.
I find it odd that there is no mention of who is sending this letter. Just states Negations Department. They stated they would call me  back on a 616 area code. I am curious to know what they have to say.

I receive a letter with this phone number is it the very least misleading. And no place on the letter is the name of the person/company sending this letter. The BOLD printed **Failure to Respond** is the most problematic as it leads you think you are in trouble with someone.

Same number now being used for presumably another scam, because this time they claim to be the "negotiations department" for a credit settlement re: a long list of banks.  So, before calling, I Googled the phone number and appreciate the posts here.
