comcast cable (India) said it was an outside collection agency trying to collect for them.  they call me everyday... i do NOT have comcast cable and never have.  they said in order to get the calls stopped i have to go down to the comcast cable center in my town.  i have had this phone number for three weeks and they call everyday.  sometimes they will ask if i am this or that person.  then they say they will remove my number from their list...LIARS
