This people are Scamers , they called me asking for pay day loan money , and told me to arrest me and take me to court , i had file complain against them in BBB.

They keep calling me and harrassing me. I want them to stop.

These people scamed me out of 350.00...some guy even called and said he was trying to give me a summons and if he did not serve me there would be a warrant for my arrest....DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE!!!!  NO PAYDAY LOAN PLACE CAN SUMMONS YOU TO COURT THEY CAN ONLY GARNISH YOUR WAGES!!!!

Called my job and left a message saying that it was a person named Napolean. Had my girlfriend to call them and she felt it was a scam because the person answered saying customer service.

call them back  :)

Not much you can do except report them to authorities.    This board can't help.

Yea they called my work today.

they keep calling me saying that they will issue a warrant for my arrest and they will garnish my pay and have the authorities sent to my home or place of employment and i will have to sit in jail for three months and pay court cost.

They garnish your wages... this is simply a default on a loan. First you need to find out if its legal to give payday loans in your state. If not, legally, there is nothing they can do.

Someone named samantha keeps leaving messages when i call back they start threatening me and screaming at me i seriously dont know what they r talking about.

Report them to the attorney general in their state.  If there a scam company everyone report them.  If you sit back and do nothing, then they will keep going so report them and stop them.

I was told by the FTC that you can tell them to send you Letter with the information of the amount owed. And tell them they cannot communicate to you with phone call.  I also would recommend that you ask what the companies name is and the address and turn them in to the FTC department for harassment.  I feel if they can't say who they are with then they aren't worth my time.

I keep getting messages on my voicemail from this outfit. I never had a loan with them, probably for someone who had the phone number before me. It is a nuisance, they are a payday loan with many complaints listed on BBB. Here are two e-mail addresses for two of the principals of the company. Turn about his fair play and I'm sure there are lots of spam that they could be signed up for.
