Keeps calling and no voicemails and calls like 6 times an hour

They call, I never answer numbers I don't know - always figure, if it's that important, they can leave a message.   The only thing I hear during the 'message' is a bunch of back ground noise and what sounds like someone typing on a keyboard.  This needs to stop.

The caller is Bright Star Cash. They said I applied for a loan, which I did not. They called me 20 times in one day without leaving a message. I finally answered and told them if they called me again I was calling the police to report harassment.

Probably a cash checking or loan place, they are calling for an employee, I asked them to stop calling because he can't be reached at our office.

Same thing happened to me... Said in the beginning "Im calling to inform them"(like he was speaking to someone in the background) and then for 50-sec all i heard was someone typing on a keyboard.....
