    got a comp window virus pop up asking me to call this number and wont let me exit the window, saying my info are in danger like facebook info,bank account info etc. and ask me to call this number to fix it.

    If you're getting the popup window your computer is already infected. Use another computer to download something like Avast antivirus and/or malwarebytes. Install on the infected computer and try to clear out the malware.
