There is a pop up blue screen on the screen telling me to call windows support center at 8009866309. It didn't say it was Microsoft. I called the Number and a man with voice like india ask what the message said. I ask him if he was with Microsoft and he said he was with the support center and wanted to take control of my computer so he could fix it and I hung up. If you get this pop up you have a virus of the worst kind as I do and trying with malware bytes and hitman pro trying to get rid of it but unsuccessful so far.

I had this same problem. I restart my laptop and erase everything.

I got a POP up from Microsoft - #1 800 986 6309 - saying I had trojan virus's on my computer and the only way to get off is call this number .. I called - a foriegn voice answered - I hung up -- he called back twice but I did not answer.  I still have this pop up on my cmputer because asavt nor malware can remove it..
