I am getting calls from 800-986-6856 who claim they represent Windows and report PC errors.
They keep calling and I nor my husband (Ronald Speer) want anything to do with them.

Same as above couple.  Today they called me had my CLSID number knew exactly how to walk me thru the process of getting me to open my control panel.  Which is very dangerous because anyone who hacks can get control of your computer this way.   I have never heard of any company calling you to help you fix your computer.  I had just fix my computer 2 days earlier by running in safe mode and running full scans with my the new Norton Suite just released.  It took a long time to complete and  shut my cp down the first attempt.  I would just really like to know how these people got my phone number one.  Because I have never registered it with Windows. It isn't saved in my pc either.

This is a scam company and very fraudulent.  They hack and pull information that needs to be delete or investigated.

These people called me today and like the others above, walked me thru finding the errors and warnings on my computer. They also have my License key number. They stated that because they have that number, I should know they are from Microsoft; only Microsoft and myself have the number. I am very hesitant and afraid it is a scam. They are very persistent.

This a scam got a call like others and told me my computer has a virus and was sending errors out and ask me if I in front my computer all they keep asking was turn on my computer and look at the keyboard and hit the window flag holding down the letter R. I no this was a scam I have friends that work on computers do not even let them talk u into typing anything into the computer they will send to to a fake site and hack your computer please don't fall for this scam. Report these calls to the local police and use common sense when dealing with strangers rather be safe than sorry all they want is to hack your computer and steal your information and bank stuff . Hang up on these scammers please let others no so they don't get scammed look up on google fake computer scam and see how many pry got scammed fight back. This is a scammmmmmmmmm scam scam
