    Got text on my cell phone indicating "you are tending to incur substantial data usage charges on your account.  We can help. Call 800-986-9636 for details. Reply Q 2 opt out."  Whe I called the number a voice message indicated it was Verizon Wireless and prompted me to punch in my cell number.  Next it asked for the last 4 of my social.  That's when I hung up.
