Eh?  The voice that I heard was clearly an automated voice (in English with no accent).  This was not some call center person in India.

PLEASE stop calling us - we have NOTHING to be delivered!!!

Did not answer the 800 number call since there was no ID.  Called it back and it was the Sears delivery service as mentioned by others.  It was automated and made it convenient to get the info about the delivery.  No voice mail was left but I called the number after consulting this site.

Sear Home Delivery - I did not answer call as I was not expecting it until the evening before my day of delivery, per saleperson.  thanks to this website, at least I know it was Sears - when I called back - I was prompted to verify delivery address and item that they had on record that I purchased.

Sears automated call.  When I call back and verify someone will be there it drops the call.  Tried on two different phones.

yeah it's Sears Home Delivery - from their automated robot dialer (caller ID did not show any name).  They called my home number, paused (i said hello but didn't hear anything) and so i hung up.  Then they called again and paused... hung up on them again ha ha.  A few seconds later they called my cell phone - this time i figured it must be urgent/somebody if they call everywhere!! The other day I bought something large that didn't fit in the vehicle.  So they are delivering it for a small fee.  Press 1 if i'm that guy.  Press 1 if this is the correct address.  Press 1 again if this is the correct item.  Press 1 if i'm going to be around when they fling it off their truck.  Press 1 if it's bigger than the front door and will knock down the wall, etc (not in any order but a whole bunch of pressing 1's)...

this number 800-995-2836 left a message that just said "thank you for shopping at Sears".  We have just purchased an appliance and waiting for delivery.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. The caller ID said it was "unknown"  At least it left a message. Most of these unknown calls don't.

Sears calling to confirm delivery information. Automated message making sure someone over 18 will be there, confirmed merchandise, delivery address, etc.

This is NOT a spam call. If you return the call, your phone number will be matched to the message intended for you.

This is indeed Sears Home Delivery.  I called back and got a robot that confirmed the date and address and let me know the rules for scheduling my delivery.

Yup sears delivery and when you call back they match up your phone number to their records. yay i confirmed my new bed delivery :)

Thanks to Not Buying it and others.  I called # back, and got my Sears delivery info.
I agree that Sears is silly not to have their name posted on the caller ID.  Obviously there is hardly a person in the country nowadays who answers unknown calls.

Legitimate Sears home delivery confirmation.  Leaves no message.  When you call back it takes you through an automated system to confirm your address and items.  

Don't understand why people are complaining that the company name doesn't get transmitted with the phone number on the caller ID.  That doesn't happen for any phone number...which is the whole reason websites like this exist.

iInteresting... I don't have a Sears card and I never ordered anything online or in person. Hmmm...
