Stop calling my number

It's probably a debt collector masking their number so you will answer. Which one to be determined. Most likely when someone answers and actually talks to the person on the phone.

These people are scammers. They call and say they received your file on their desk today and you have to call them back within 24 hrs. Or they will serve you at home or at work. Really! A company that works to serve you will not give you a heads up that they are coming ever. Total joke.

Ace Cash Express calling for someone else.

Ace Cash calling for someone else. They were calling another time from local numbers and ended up calling my phone a fourth time that day. That violated FDCPA laws and I called them back, the person they wanted was no one on my number and told them this and that I would be forwarding it over to the Attorney General so I could pick up my check for $1,000 for every time the law was broken when contacting my number and that she better not call my phone again. She said, in her little Arab voice she would remove the number. Now this number shows up giving me a casse number to reference. This is sad enough they are loan sharks it seems and need to all be shut down. Preying on people who need short term help and them end up having to rob Peter to pay Paul to get them paid off after tacking on 700% intrest. Think they all should be shot! Not to say the debtor shouldn't have to pay what they owe but the way it's set up is for the debtor to fail from the get go and every paycheck from that point forward you will need them to bend you over and stick it to you. Lol. *as I jump off my soapbox. -by the way I was a collector for 2 years.

It is ACE Cash Express. Their collections division. They will tell you they have an urgent matter, blah, blah, blah.
I had made several loans with them, all paid back on time, but the last one I wound up on unpaid medical leave and could not make the pmt. after talking to them and explaining the situation and trying to set up a payment plan that could work, they refused and said they would pursue further collection efforts.
Oh well I tried.

Glad to find out about these scammers.  I have had several calls lately from crazies like this.  Just don't answer the phone; if they leave a message, check their number on google.com and get good helpful messages like the ones sent above.  I have notified my police department also and are going to get help with these scammers.  I owe them nothing whoever it is.
