I would like to know who this company is and why they feel they have the right to ask my employees personal questions about me.

This is an Inspection Process Company catering to auto repair shops, called Mobile Productivity Inc. (MPI) for the automotive industry, based in Las Vegas Nevada. I don't know why they would be asking personal questions about anybody ???

they where inquiring about your business status on vehicle repairs, personal questions are not apart of what they do. I use them and they are always professional.

your shop just might need their services.

The company is a online diagnostics company, with a bit more advanced level of information than Alldata or Mitchell.

I work for Identifix and that is my Ext#. Sterling is correct in his reply.  We do not ask personal questions, we always qualify a shop to ensure they are in need of and or qualify for our service. General questions we ask in an intro call are:

Do you have the interenet?
Do you do diagnostic work and if so how much on average in a week?
Is "contact name" the one who would make decisions on service such as Identifix?

Actually, you do ask personal questions.  The mistake you made is questioning me without figuring out that I am the owner.
