I received a trial size bottle of the colon cure today in the mail. I never ordered it. I called the company and some one else had used my name, address, and credit card number with a fake email address and phone number. Is there any where we can report this to authorities?

I supposedly ordered product from this company and haven't received anything but they put these charges on my account and it is very upsetting. My fiancee called the number and they made a total ass out of me and now he thinks that I did put an order through.  This has caused a fight between him and I.  Whoever these people are they should be shut down.  I was also told by them that they always win when attorneys are involved because there is a check box that protects them.  These people suck and has caused me nothing but stress and heartache.  Also according to them they have tracking numbers that they have from our wonderful postal system that have confirmation of delivery (so lets believe that the postal system is never wrong even though they conveniently lose monies coming to us through taxes and such).  If that is the case someone in my old house took the product.  This is a stress heart attack waiting to happen and it will cause fights in your family.  My fiancee thinks since that they have 5 pieces of information that they are correct in saying that I ordered product.  The only thing I order of the internet is my skin care products through HSN because that is the only way for me to do it.

Somebody called me saying that I was a preferred member from something that I purchased. which made a little sense to me because I had been purchasing some things online all summer so it seemed likely to me that I could have been a preferred member to a company. Anyway, because of my "preferred" status they said that they would send me a $40 gas card for signing up for some membership to save money on other stuff. It would just cost me a dollar and I could cancel at any time. Then they tried to offer me something else, but I wasnt interested so I denied that one. Well the next morning i checked my account and I saw a charge of 89.31 on hold with my bank. So i googled 5977-IP Simplyfitpro and was brought to this site. I immediately contacted my bank (Wachovia) and they deleted the charge. They said that because it was still on hold I might get my money back but i might not get it back. So then at that point I would have to file a dispute so they would have to investigagte it. But yea, that's the last time I authorize any kind of payment over the phone.

I have called this number 1-801-208-7485 a number of times, seven times to be exact, and each time I never got an answer, I was put on hold and I was 125th in place for the next call. Even at 8 o'clock in the morning when they open. This whole thing is a total rip-off. I have never received anything from this company, whoever they are, and my bank account was charged $89.31 on top of everything else. My bank investicated and put the $89.31 on "provisional deposit." I received a letter today from my bank that they are going to reverse the $89.31 and charge me. How can they when I never ordered anything or received anything? I am reporting this scam but I don't who the company is. HELP PLEASE with a name for this company!!!

I have had the same problem.  I ordered the free sample and forgot about it.  I was charged the 3.95 and thought I would receive it any day.  I never received it and of course today, I get hit with a 89.31 charge on my debit card!  I am calling tomorrow.  I have never gotten ANYTHING fromt his company.  I will NOT do this again.  Also, I will use my credit card in the future.  What a rip off!

I called my credit card co. they say to file a dispute on their- the credit card co. website-(i.e orchard bank, HSBC, master card, what ever card you used to purchase this garbage.) hope this helps us get our money back.

This is my repost. I had cancelled my card to avoid future charges after reading these horror stories. When I eventually did get the trial, there was also the bottle they charge $89.00 for.Been watching my account like a hawk,no charges since I reported the card stolen.
Thanks to everyone here who gave me the forewarning to be able to escape this scam. Report your card stolen, it is the path of least resistance. Somebody should shut them down, but these types of people always seem to be able to keep it going somehow.

IT JUST HAPPEND TO ME TODAY!!! My draft was for $89.41?? I get calls like that all the time about "you are a perfered customer", but I always hang up on them... What's up with this??

You will hear hold music when you call the 801 number...then, after about 3 minutes, the hold music disappears.  Stay on the line!  After about 7-8 minutes the person (in some other country it sounded like) answers and they gave me a cancel code.

I agree with banning together to SHUT THIS COMPANY/SITE DOWN! I have contacted the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. I have also gone so far as to contact our Senators, as this is a MAJOR scam issue. It's RAPE! And it's blatant. I cannot believe we live in a society that would even allow such an act. Please, EVERYONE, don't stop here, complain to the Attorney General and the Senators of your state as well. Nothing gets resolved just complaining here. The world needs to know. Contact your local News team as well. They'd most likely have a section for Consumer complaints!

I also ordered the $3.95 14 day trial and it was charged to my Debit Card!  I actually recieved the product!  Sounds great, right?  Enclosed there is a piece of cut out paper that has typo's all over the place!  "Where here to help!"  Are you kidding me?  Like I am going to stick a pill in my mouth from a company that can't even spell right!  Not that I am a perfect speller; however, I am not promoting a product!  Throwing the bottle away!  Also, called the company and cancelled the subscription!  She indicated if cancelled within the 14 day period no additional charges will occur on my debit card!  She gave me a confirmation number as well!  And folks.....it took 4 phone calls today and 20 minutes each for anyone to answer!  Be prepared for the cell phone bills to be ugly due to marathon hold!!  The website I went to was oprah.acaiberrydeal.com  I wonder if she is aware they're using her "name" to promote this product?  Anyway, this company is not ligit!

You can call 1.877.350.8512.  I had good luck with that number and reaching someone and got my money back since I didn't even GET the product!  So keep trying

do not buy from this company they will rip you off I got the trial order and they and did not see amything on the web sight about the 89.00 dollars when I called they company to stop this they agrued with me told me to bad,I wrote a letter to Oparah after all they are using her image on the web sight I cancled my card and filed a fraud report with my bank

I placed an order to 8012088722 for an exercise machine and got charged 89.31 but haven't received anything.I called this number at different times during the day and night and get a recording that says their hours are Mon. thru Sat. from 8-5:30 mountain time.I have called dirung mountain time and still get that recording.Can anyone tell us how to get our money back?

OMG! I just cked my bank statement! I received the worthless Acai berry pills (15)for $3.95 on 9/08/08 then on 9/22/08 exactly w 2wks later I was charged $89.31. The pills did nothing by the way. I've not received anything else from this company. I can't believe I fell for this. I'm a nurse. But when I saw Oprah's name I just assumed!:( I'm going to my bank tomorrow. I also tried 801-208-7485 but they were closed. So I'll try them back tomorrow. Has anyone out there tried Oprah? I think I will.
