- Tygerkat replies to RonOr it's a scammer spoofing this phone number.
By the way, why are you here? Anyone receiving a legitimate call from this number would have no reason to look it up. - Ruth replies to Drew5971Voice message appears to be from the alarm company - Vivent - about my console not working and I'm planning to cancel with them anyway and go with Ring or SimplySafe as it hasn't worked right for a long time and is expensive.
- A Vivint customer replies to GaryThis exact number is in my contact list for Vivint. As I various numbers for them. I received a missed call on Monday afternoon. When I called them, they said no one called me. This morning at 8, the same exact number showed up on my cell phone. I answered but didn’t say anything. They asked to speak with my husband, then a few times said hello, hello and hung up. I dialed that number and spoke to a Vivint person. So whoever is calling is not really Vivint, but a phishing scam. As I get other calls in my contact list including myself calling me, my electric company. Verizon said it’s a phishing scam. Vivint said to ask for their badge ID and contact Vivint to confirm they are actually with Vivint.
- A Vivint customer replies to RalphYou are right Ralph.
- Ralph| 1 replyThe number is FRAUDULENT. The Vivint contact us number is 801.377.9111

- George replies to RalphIf it was REALLY Vivint, they would either leave a voice mail or tag your control panel with a message notification. Otherwise, it's a phishing scam call and whomever is up to no good. Just block it and move on like I did.
- LinnyI have received two calls from this number. I have a Vivint security system. They told me this is not a legitimate number and they would not call without leaving a message. Will block this number.

- sharon shirleyI received a call from a 801-227-7000 at 1230 a.m stating a sensor in my living room was going off. I asked the caller for more information as to who they were and they stated an alarm company. Being i have an alarm system, i automatically assumed it was vivint but was also curious as i didn't set my alarm as i stated to the caller but she insisted i must have and proceeded to ask for my password. Being i haven't had any issues with alarm system, i gave the password i thought was correct but she informed me that wasn't the correct password but she stated she would send me info to my email to prompt me to retrieve my password but the caller hung up before i could do so. I'm thinking the password i provided was correct and that's all the info she wanted/needed. Something seems fishy as no police showed up with an alarm/sensor going off and an incorrect password given.

- JohnCalled my landline and CiD displayed Vivint 801-227-700 and no message was left. Since I have an alarm system thru Vivint, formerly known as Apax, it could be a 3rd party working on behalf of Vivint, maybe, since the number I have for them is 801-216-5232 and since it was a missed call and no message was left, it could be a call phishing for personal info.
- JohnCalled my landline again today, Aug.23rd 2021 at 11:20 AM and again at 5:30 pm and if this is Vivint, the only reason why they would be calling me is because my contract is about to expire in a few months and they are trying to get me to upgrade my system, in which I have no intentions of doing, because not only would it be expensive to upgrade, it would also require another contract for 3 years at a monthly fee that will be higher than what I'm paying now.
- ALGot a call on work line from a rude lady named Leandra insisting she talk to my husband. She lied that he just called her....we have blocked her but no idea who it is. We get these marketing people doing this all the time, but she was terrible. She gave a number of 801-899-6462 to call back.
- Caller: Leandra
- Call type: Unwanted
- LIit's an scam, they called me and asked me some address that i don't know
- JulianThey called me seven (7) times within four (4) minutes. No voice message left. From the other messages here, I guess the number belongs to an alarm company, but I don’t have anything like that. Blocked

- Cibo replies to BeccaCalled me at 11:00 PM on a land line stating the alarm went off and to provide a pass code. I don't have an alarm system with them. I figured I'd just let them send the police. Never did.
