        Based off of the posts on this site, my associates and I believe you to be the sort that is very concerned with other people. I feel it necessary to inform you about a few rights the average guy has.

First, you cannot create a site impersonating a person and or using any material, whether that is a video or any other form or media belonging to them without their permission. You have broken this law, and you will be informed of the specific ramifications and consequences by letter shortly. I would strongly advice removing any fictional, slanderous, or malicious material you have posted about anyone besides yourself to minimize your repercussions. Just some friendly advice.

Also, as a friendly piece of advice to others out there on the hater train, consider this. None of you provide incomes for families or have any factual evidence regarding any of your claims towards any parties or companies you have mentioned on this site, and if you did, they would be presented, again through the proper legal and civil channels.

So I am more or less pointing out that the more you post, the deeper the hole is dug. I could care less, simply because crap rolls down hill, and you guys are at the bottom. Funny how things don't change much from childhood to adulthood. People hate the guy on top.

bob, please contact me at playground2008@live.com. I, like many, have been scammed by this "company" in the past. I would like to talk to you and everyone else affected privately about this matter to put an end to this for good. These "people" have been able to duck the law and continue to scam innocent people for years. It needs to stop.

I find it entertaining that this is the only rip-off report filed by these guys.  I started working for them in April of 2009, and I can fully understand your plight.  When I was brought in, the fulfillment (coaching) was a complete and utter mess, and I was given the unenviable task of cleaning it all up and making it legit.


Was it made legit?  Yes, but it took a full year to get it to that point.


Anyway, the owners of the company, Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, and Derek Price, (along with the executives, Spencer Barton and Ryan Morgan) have not made good with any of the previous clients, and in fact, they have refused to even pay their own coaches (which is why I left).  If you still desire to contact them, there are a few methods:


1. Call them at either (866) 704-9450 (I don't remember if it's 866 or 877, so try whichever one you want), (866) 388-6019, or (801) 770-4833.  I don't know if any of those numbers still work, but you can try them.


2. Contact Glen Minson at the Utah Division of Consumer Protections.  His number is (801) 530-6009.  I have contacted him about the company's willful neglect of telemarketing laws, and he's always willing to get you a refund from the company.


3. File a lawsuit.  Since they did not make good on their promises (the sales floor was about 10 feet from my office, and I heard their pitch hundreds of times), you are entitled to a refund (their promises are illegal according to the State of Utah, and they promised to work with you until your initial investment was recouped).


The sales company has recently moved to Boise, ID, so you may have a difficult time talking with the owners (Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, Derek Price, and the executives, Spencer Barton, and Ryan Morgan) when calling in Utah.  I do not have the contact information for their new company in Idaho, but you can probably search them out.

I think your tall tale is a little fabricated from hearing other things throughout this industry in Utah and other posts!

You're surprised about these individuals and their company having minimal rip off reports?? From the looks at it, it only seems people who quit their employment there or claim to been fired there have issues with these guys? Customer or consumer complaints seem very minimal and are far and few in between!

I would say this sounds more like upset ex-employees and jaded lovers giving them their support! It sounds like their clients are taken care of for the most part!

Also I heard they gave you full medical and health insurance while your wife was pregnant and you do have 5 kids right???

This above sounds a lot like Aaron christner him self so lets ask him some questions on why he moved his business to boise Idaho , was it because he was running his business ILLEGALLY in utah WITHOUT A TELEMARKETING LICENSE AND WITHOUT A BOND.haha. and why is his business always in Derek Price's name, maybe because Aaron Christner and Ryan Jense hide their name. The "THEY" who are so smart and are still in business are a very small group of people who use other people to make them money and allow them to stay in business using their scam.  Your lack of culture is clear from the childish use of "computer shouting" (all caps since you probably didn't get the reference).  If this were a legitimate business and were trying to recruit, why would they allow cursing at the people that they are calling and why would they call them ignorant, worthless, etc?  I think that the ignorance emanates from the company, not from those they are calling who are smart enough to hang up and report them.  (From someone who has been called and who has reported them to the appropriate authorities.)
